Hey, I’m Ashton. It’s nice to see ya! Throughout my life, I developed a fascination with human anatomy and what the body is capable of when used properly. After experiencing various injuries in highschool and undergoing the rehabilitation process, I decided to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I then went on to obtain my master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning with a focus in biomechanics from Loughborough University in England. The experience I gained throughout college led me to focus on functional movement. In the past year I obtained my CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach) certification. I’ve had the pleasure of practicing the skills that I’ve gained while working with golfers and tennis players, as well as with clients suffering from neurological diseases and injuries that include: Strokes, Multiple Sclerosis, Alhzeimer’s, spinal cord injuries, ataxia, and vascular dementia.
